This page explains how we handle the personal data you send us through the contact form or by email. Processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679).
Who processes your data

What data we collect
- first and last name
- email and phone number
- school name and city
- the message you write to us
We collect no other data about you. The website does not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies — that is why there is no cookie banner.
Traffic statistics
To see whether the pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It produces anonymous statistics: the page viewed, the country, the device type and where you arrived from. No cookies and no identifier that could single you out are stored, and we do not track you across websites. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in evaluating traffic (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — you can object at any time using the contacts below.
The measurement script is loaded from servers of Cloudflare, which — like any server on the internet — sees the technical details of the request (IP address, browser type). These do not enter the statistics and Cloudflare states that it does not build a visitor profile from them. Apart from this script, nothing is loaded from third-party servers — fonts and graphics are hosted here.
Why we process it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange an initial consultation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and discussing cooperation with your school (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or taking steps prior to entering into a contract if you are enquiring on your own behalf (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
For the duration of our communication and then for no more than two years after the last contact. After that, we delete it — from the mailbox and from the form storage. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Who has access to it
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it. It is technically accessible only to the service providers we use to run the website and email:
- Netlify — website hosting and receiving submitted forms
- Cloudflare — anonymous traffic statistics (see above)
- Google Workspace — email inbox
All three are US companies, so your data may also be processed outside the EU. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework), under which these companies are certified, and on standard contractual clauses in their data processing agreements.
Your rights
- to know what data we hold about you and receive a copy
- to have it corrected or deleted
- to restrict its processing or object to it
- to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection
